Responsible Alcohol Seller/Server Program will be hosted by SCPD on May 23 from 9am-11am.

The Surf city police department will be hosting a responsible Alcohol seller/server program (RASP) for business owners, managers, and employees at no cost. This hands on style live class lasts 2 hour and uses video and open discussion to cover the following topics.
Prevention of Sales to underage persons and intoxicated persons
Acceptable forms of identification and how to spot fake or altered IDs.
Dram shop laws, Happy hour laws, hours of sale, and other laws
How to protect your business, the public and yourself.
