Re: How many movies have been filmed in Wilmington NC?

So I looked into this Wilmington NC movie thing, and it turns out they've filmed a ton of stuff there. Like, way more than you'd expect for a smaller city.

From what I found, there's been over 400 movies and TV shows shot in Wilmington since the 1980s. Pretty wild, right? They even call it "Hollywood East" sometimes.

Some big names filmed there include Iron Man 3, The Conjuring, and We're the Millers. Oh, and if you're into TV, One Tree Hill and Dawson's Creek were both filmed there too.
